Tokina 10-17mm Zoom Ring

In this short post, I will be discussing briefly about the zoom ring on this Tokina 10-17mm lens. If you are new to the lens, this lens is a zoom fisheye lens. This means that unlike other fisheye lens out there in the market, you can zoom with this lens. This feature is a wonderful one to have because it will offer you more flexibility. You can easily experiment with this lens with different focal length. When you want to get the distortion effect, zoom in to 10mm. When you want to get a moderate wide angle lens effect with minimum distortion then zoom out to 17mm. The zoom ring mechanism is very smooth to operate. The focusing ring is not as smooth as the zoom ring but it is quite usable. The zoom direction is somewhat confusing at first, but it will not take you long to get used to it.

Turning Photos into Paintings Makes a Superb Masterpiece of the Future

Turning photos into paintings is now so simple that even the worst artist in the world - one who struggles with drawing Stick Men - can now use an exciting range of graphics software on their home computer. With a few clicks of the mouse anyone can transform their photographs into stunning works of art that will emulate any style of painting or drawing. All PC's come with a basic drawing package installed, but the term basic does not mean that the software is in any way unsophisticated or mediocre. Paint offers a significant range of applications that provide hours of fun and outstanding results. Graphics software such as Photoshop, or CorelDraw are industry-standard packages that are now available to discover and use at home and the artistic effects that can be generated, including Old Masters, air-brushing, water-colour, offers everyone the opportunity to fashion a masterpiece out of their favourite photographs whenever they really want to.

Good if You Do Not Print Tamron 28-300 Review

I will be sharing my own personal Tamron 28-300 review here. This lens is actually a fine lens for most people who are not looking for poster sized enlargement prints. Also, this is a lens that will not break your shoulder or your bank account like many Canon lenses out there. I have personally used this lens for a few weeks now and can only say good things about this lens.

I have compared the results to the excellent Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 XR Di lens and also the Canon 50mm f/1.8, also known at the plastic fantastic lens as well as the kit lenses. It does lack the sharpness of the 50mm 1.8 and the 28-75mm for sure, but it is still very acceptable for most cases. The amazing super zoom reach is really the wow factor of this lens. When you shoot outdoors in decent light you can really get sharp pictures with this lens.

My Friend Recommended the Sigma 30mm 1.4

My friend is a photographer, and she suggested theSigma 30mm 1.4. I was just starting to get interested in photography as I had seen her work and liked the look of it. But seeing as I was just starting out, she said that I shouldn't go for something really professional, which would be very expensive. She suggested that I started off with something reliable and sturdy, but that also produced stunning photos. It was then that she recommended the Sigma lens. By its description it sounded quite advanced and expensive, but I was thrilled to find out that it was actually selling for a reasonably good price. Being an amateur at photography, I didn't think that a camera could be that good for such a reasonable price, but I was proved wrong. The lens was amazing. I mastered how to use it in a matter of days, and was soon producing my very own images.
